At the (Hot) Vinsaya Yoga facilitated by Nikki Torres courtesy of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines. We started off with an inspiring talk by Nikki about Life-Work Integration and finding balance. After this, we established 3 Aspects of Health:
1. (Spiritual) – Know your purpose in life & stand up for what you believe in.
2. (Mental/ Emotional) – Have good relations with the people who nourish you & make you grow as a person.
3. (Physical) – Love & accept yourself, without letting society dictate on what is aesthetically pleasing or not. There is no single definition of beauty, as we are all beautiful in our own, unique way.
