Through the course of our lives, we will meet people we can connect with. These are the ones who get our humor, understand our ideologies, and accept our flaws. These are the ones who respect our taste in music, understand each other’s motives and frustrations, and dream beside us.
We enjoy their company; we adore their presence in our lives. We remember the late night conversations over beer and coffee, like time was ours to consume.
We believe these people, amidst diversity and adversity, would bring timeless connections. From Russia, Paris, Texas, to Viet Nam, they remain genuine despite distance, chaos, or chance.
We wish to keep them for as long as our life does; we hope we can meet more of them.
There would only be a few of those people — those who come and paint the most vivid colors, and fills up the gaps of our personal cracks. They are the ones who have transformed something in us. That something that strengthens us and makes us who we are now.
We have assured ourselves that we will meet a lot of people we could connect with, but we rarely consider they are also the ones who either stay or drift away. But keep these people who chose to stay.
They are you treasures.
