Brew Your Best Year x Make It Blissful: Creative Journaling

Bliss is an action word which means “to go hard after the things that make you happy and to go after what you want.” This is why there is a popular saying that goes “Follow your bliss.” It is from this insight that Martine de Luna- blogger, seeker of inspiration and a believer in designing a life you love, from the way you work to how you live each day- created her blog The blog, which advocates meaningful living, working and creating, has inspired her readers to literally make things blissful and open their hearts to the beauty of the world.

Through a Creative Journaling Workshop held last September 19, the Brew Your Best Year Community was encouraged by Martine to create a “blissful” journal that documented their joys, all the things they were grateful for, their intentions and everything that they wanted to manifest in their lives. During the very enlightening and soulful workshop, all attendees were encouraged to look inwardly and to become more appreciative of what has transpired in their lives and what has become of them.

Seeing things positively is power, Martine says, and blissful journaling can help each one of us maintain a healthy perspective towards life.

  1. The event was really a memorable one because I got the chance to be with happy women who have the same passion as mine. I love how it feels to do my blissful journal because of the tips that Ms. Martine taught us. Thank you very much CBTL Philippines, Ms. Nella and Ms. Martine De Luna. Looking forward for activities like this in the coming months. 🙂
