#Brew2016 Freebie of the Month

Life is about balance.
With the abundance of things to do day in and out, along with the distractions that surround us, we could feel like there’s just so much to do and so little time to do all of them. Though sometimes it could be easier said than done, it’s very important to strike a balance between your work and leisure. Remember to take breathers on a regular basis to boost your productivity and spark creativity; life wasn’t meant to be lived inside an office.
This month’s freebie is a sticker sheet with simple words to remind you to RELAX, to BREATHE, to take the time to UNWIND. The messages may be simple, but when things start getting tough, sometimes a single word is all that’s necessary to remind you to live a more balanced life:
Relax— free your mind from all the clutter and take time out for yourself; this could be as simple as getting sleep you’ve been lacking, or taking a stroll at a nearby park.
Unplug— detach yourself from the digital world and find more personal connection through face-to-face interactions.
Unwind—pursue creative activities in your free time. read a book, write a song, paint a picture.
Breathe—amidst the busyness of daily life, take a pause, meditate and seek peace from within.
Prioritize— focus your energy on the things that matter. get rid of distractions hindering you from your goals.
Balance— never let one thing dictate your life. create balance by devoting time to both your personal and professional development. develop a schedule that incorporates time for work, time with family and friends, time for self, time for community.
Our downloadables are free for everyone in our Brew Your Best Year Community! Inspired by our 2016 Giving Journal’s theme of the month, we created these to remind each one of you to keep brewing your best. It’s our little way of saying THANK YOU too!
