#Brew2016 Freebie of the Month

There are so many things in the world that we want to do, to try, and to experience, but sometimes we are overcome by our fear of taking risks. We tend to become scared of change and uncertainty. Because of apprehensions, living our dreams become less of a priority. The thing we need to realize is that, we need to gain courage and take risks and the small leaps of faith so that we can open up ourselves to newer and greater opportunities.

For this month’s freebie, we continue to encourage you to be the best version of yourself, to ‘Strive to Succeed In Your Career,’ ‘Go Do It For Personal Growth‘, and ‘Dare to Discover MoreIn these three lists, we’ve included fifteen items for you to tick off- new things to try, healthy habits and rituals to develop, practices that can enable personal growth. We also dedicated blank spaces or an additional fifteen items on each list, where you can write down more things that you think you should do in order to reach your goals relating to each list.

With these lists, we hope we can inspire you to take leaps of faith, and to keep working towards your wholistic growth and development as an individual.

We’d love to hear how you’ve been doing with the challenges! Share with us your experiences by submitting a story via brewyourbestyear.com or tagging #brew2016 when you post about them on your social media pages.
