In what aspects of your life do you think your patience is being challenged?

Is it at your work, in your relationships with family and friends, or perhaps with yourself? Identify these areas by practicing self-awareness, and start consciously applying self-control. Learn to remain calm amidst trying situations and focus on adopting the right attitude and mentality. And if need be, go gentle on yourself and on others; refrain from hurtful words, and instead focus on positivity and solutions.

Remember that the time and effort you invest in developing patience will eventually give you great returns, in character and in the fruitfulness of your life.
