Our Fitness Journey

This photo shows my fitness journey with my hubby which started in 2010. We don’t have a gym membership or a room at home with a bunch of gym equipment. Our path is the right food choices and YouTube/ DVD-sourced exercise three times a week. We started by changing lifestyles and calorie-counted our meals. First, we started by having our meals delivered until we taught ourselves. As for exercises, we use DVDs or online sources like, P90x, Insanity, Les Mills, Chalene Johnson, Jillian Michaels, and the like.
