Remember when we were kids in car rides, we would repeatedly ask our parents, “are we there yet?” As if asking them would make us closer to the destination.
Counting the seconds and the hours won’t help us achieve our goals, it is doing the best we can every single day that will.
As entrepreneurs, making sure we have a productive day is vital. At the end of every single day, could you honestly tell yourself you had a productive day? If not then you better change your game plan. One way to make sure this happens is by planning your week ahead. Make sure you have each day covered. You don’t need to be busy, just productive. The difference between the two is that being busy means you’re doing a lot of things. But being productive means accomplishing the tasks at hand.
You could have a busy day, but not a productive one; yet you can have a productive day and it can be a busy one too. Being productive is always better than busy. Hopping from one task to the next, without accomplishing any is a day wasted.
Practice having a productive day every day and soon, this will become a habit and it won’t be long, it will help you reach your goal.
Make sure each day counts.
